Housing Association Client: Our project has relied heavily on the support from BRC for the past three years, the support that has been provided has been amazing. Staff are always friendly, approachable and wiling to support with an array of needs. Office staff and management are always on hand to support with queries and allocate support staff. We have been supported by colleagues that have been continuous through out the journey to ensure the residents have the continuity and friendly faces within their home environment. Nothing is to much bother for the company. As a manager I feel reassured with the continuous support we are provided with from BRC.
