Relief Client: Karolina and Jake are always responsive and resourceful, providing wake night cover for our project most weeks. They provide speedy responses to cover requests, keeping us updated from beginning to end. BRC out of hours has been able to arrange last minute cover over weekends and in the evenings, allowing us to provide the necessary levels of support to our clients.
