BRC are currently working with a local authority on a great fixed term opportunity for a Facilities Manager.


Facilities Manager (fixed term contract)

  • This is a 1 year fixed term contract working for a local authority within the property and assets team
  • This role has came about due to plans for expansion in the team
  • The salary for this is role still needs to be confirmed due to re-benchmarking but will be around £32,000-£35,000
  • You will be covering all commercial stock (not domestic) so you must have commercial experience to be considered for this position
  • For this role all the sites are based in the city centre and easily accessible so driving isn’t essential
  • Covering a mix of hard and soft facilities – specifically in charge of a cleaning team
  • You will be support by a team of 3 surveyors and 2 administration staff, and your line manager
