Job Role: Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a driven and dynamic individual to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant. This role offers an excellent platform for professional development within the recruitment industry, with clear pathways for progression and rewarding opportunities for success.

The Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant at BRC, you will be consistently building and running a solid business unit while learning and gaining confidence in business development and candidate management.

This position requires building and developing a client portfolio within the sector, effective resourcing of discipline-specific roles, whilst continually gaining experience in the management of the end-to-end 360 recruitment process. Your role involves working towards and delivering against targets, volume and activity, building your expertise as a specialist in an industry niche, and building effective talent pooling strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve activity-based KPIs as agreed with your line manager.
  • Develop and expand relationships with clients within your sector.
  • Proactively develop business and grow your own client base.
  • Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
  • Deliver against targets and activity goals.
  • Specialise in a specific industry niche and stay informed on market trends.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pool to reduce recruitment lead times.
  • Promote and embody the core values of BRC.
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a positive working environment.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • A desire or capability to work in 360 recruitment, managing the entire recruitment process.
  • A desire or some exposure to dealing with people at all levels.
  • Confidence to learn and build business development skills.
  • Confidence to learn and build candidate sourcing skills.
  • Ability to ensure a positive experience for both clients and candidates throughout the process.
  • Time management and planning capability.
