The BRC family continues to expand across all of our offices

We have been busy recruiting for our offices across the country, including our brand new office in Truro.

Our Cardiff office has welcomed Sam Cooper-Woolley who will be specialising in Architecture and Design recruitment throughout Wales and the South West. Sam has returned to Wales after spending twelve months working in recruitment in Surrey having previously studied at Swansea University. It has also welcomed Zoe Iliffe who is in charge of Business Support for all of the Consultants there. This is her first job out of University which she attended in Portsmouth studying Marketing with Psychology; the role is definitely keeping her busy!

More exciting news from Cardiff; Richard Thomas has been promoted to Business Manager for the housing desk in South Wales. He has been the benchmark for delivering excellence in service and professionalism for the last few years and has continuously led the way at the top of the charts. A huge congratulations to him, it is thoroughly well deserved.

Our newest office opened in Truro this July. The office will be concentrating on recruitment within the Surveying and Architecture sectors across Cornwall, Devon and Somerset. The Office Manager, Dave Townsend, has worked in Construction and Property recruitment for over fifteen years in Bristol and Cornwall for several of the country’s largest recruitment businesses.

He has recently recruited his first two members of staff, Alyce Finney, who has joined as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, has been working in the recruitment business for over four years in both Newcastle and Cornwall. Leanne Stephenson has joined the team as a Recruitment Consultant; Leanne has worked in Cornwall for the past seven years in recruitment for the offshore oil, gas and renewables sector.

Both Alyce and Leanne will be working closely together covering both Temporary and Permanent positions across the region.

Richard Pundick has joined our Manchester office and has taken on the Social Housing desk in the North. Previous to being here, Richard was working as an Employment Consultant/Adviser supporting individuals from the benefit system into sustained employment via mentoring, CV building, focussed job searching and all round development work.

We are also welcoming Lucy Burnell to our Bristol office after she recently relocated back to Bristol. In her previous role she ran a temporary division for health and social care providing staff to learning disabilities services, mental health units, elderly services and children’s residential homes. With BRC she will continue to work in this sector primarily working with learning disabilities and social care services.

Welcome to all of our new faces at BRC.
