I worked with Emily at BRC regarding the recruitment of a candidate for a support worker role.  She was very efficient and was able to send a CV for an excellent candidate within 2 days of my initial call.  She kept me fully informed during the process which made me feel reassured that my request was important.  We have appointed the candidate and we are very pleased with the service we have received.
