Are you an experienced Support Worker with a real commitment to supporting vulnerable people? Are you looking for a role which offers you flexibility, career development and the chance to make a life changing impact to the people we support?

A very well-known charity based in Haverfordwest is currently looking to recruit Support Workers on an on-going, part/full-time basis. This supported housing scheme offers a frontline service, working with vulnerable clients with the aim of providing advice and support in a project setting to promote independence and learn essential life skills.

Relief and AD HOC allows for complete flexibility around your lifestyle. This is the perfect opportunity for people currently out of work, want to re-build confidence after shielding or those who may want to pick up extra shifts alongside other employment!

If you want to have the ability to build excellent rapport and relationships with a wide variety of people and work flexibly in shifts – this role is just for you!

To be successful in this role, you will need a positive attitude, experience working with people suffering with mental health, drug and alcohol misuse, domestic abuse, care leavers and homelessness or a similar supported housing setting. Ideally, you will have an up to date DBS (this can be arranged through BRC if needed)!

Doesn’t sound like the right opportunity for you?
Do you know someone with experience in the sector who could be interested?
You can earn yourself £50 worth of high street shopping vouchers just for referring them! **

For further information on this post please call Apryl on 02920 231 000, email or apply below with an up to date CV!

I look forward to hearing from you!
