If so, a charitable organisation committed to offering a range of services, including advice, support and information for young people (16-24 years), is seeking a temporary support worker to work one to one with a small caseload of young adults with complex and challenging support needs.


As a Support Worker, you will focus on developing strong, trusting relationships with young people focusing on the development of independent living skills, tenancy management, accessing training and employment opportunities, ensuring that each individual engages in the support available.


You will benefit from a competitive salary, working under the expert guidance of a long-standing manager, where expect training will be provided. In addition, this role involves a range of shifts per week where you will find plenty of time for your own personal commitments.


The project is a 9 flats with 3 clients whom you will be assisting. You need to be able to drive with an enhanced DBS which is active. Plenty of IT experience due to helping with forms over computer.
