Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership for service delivery programmes.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and implement effective strategies.
• Manage and mentor a team of passionate professionals.
• Ensuring your staff team understand and meet the agreed financial standards on voids, arrears and re-lets.

The successful candidate will hold a proven track record of leadership and management in a similar context. They will have exceptional communication, teamwork and relationship-building. Additionally, a strong analytical and problem-solving abilities is essential.
