An opportunity has come up with an established housing association for a long-term 6 month contract (with potential for extension) based in Exeter. The role will be largely home based but must be local to Exeter as there will be occasions when you will be required to work in the offices.
You will be responsible for managing Customer feedback, complaints and compliments, logging details, carrying out thorough investigations and feeding back to customers. You should have an excellent customer services background used to dealing with customers via telephone, email and online chat, able to find resolutions for customers.
