LOCATION:               Bristol

HOURS:                     Full time Mon – Fri 9am -5pm / some flexible working

Salary:                       £23,037 – £25,182 pro-rata

DURATION:               Temp to Perm

START DATE:           ASAP

 

Would you relish an opportunity to work for a leading mental health and wellbeing charity? If so, BRC have a permanent role available in the Bristol area for a Recovery Navigator to start ASAP!

 

Working in partnership with the service user, their family/carers/friends and mental health and other professionals during any period of acute mental health crisis.

 

You will provide a wide range of interventions to assist with daily health, social care and wellbeing needs, reduce the crisis, building resilience and improving wellbeing, connecting into community resources.

 

You will be working in a recovery and psychologically informed approach, taking a holistic view to support people’s recovery to live fulfilling lives. Ensuring that services are tailored to individual’s cultural and social needs.

 

You will collaboratively develop recovery orientated care plans with service users and contribute to ongoing assessment and review of recovery goals.

 

You will be required to work in coproduction with the service users and carers to identify achievable individual personal recovery-oriented goals.
