We are currently seeking a strong administrator, with experience of working in Procurement or Buying to assist the procurement team in managing their contracts, risk and value registers. This will include vendor administration, tender administration and the recording and monitoring of contract and service delivery data, feedback and performance measures.
You should have experience of working with Microsoft Office packages, ideally with experience of working with procurement software such as ProContract. You will be responsible for maintaining and develop filing and recording systems.
This is a temporary role initially for 3 months but most probably longer, working primarily from home although this may change as restrictions to working practices change due to Government advice. 37 hours per week at an hourly rate of £11.43 per hour plus holiday pay.
