My housing client based in Cornwall are looking for a Planner/ Scheduler to work within their Housing Maintenance team on a 6-month contract basis.
As a Planner, you will be responsible for planning all repairs, day to day repairs or mechanical & electrical. The role will require you to respond to customers appointment requests and the business priority requests, whilst ensuring all KPI’s are met.
The key responsibilities of the role include planning responsive and planned works within the scheduling system to maximise the efficient use of resources to ensure targets are achieved; liaising with our customers to ensure awareness of any amended appointment slots and the likely duration of works; allocate appropriate appointment slots to ensure all work is completed within target and to monitor the progress of appointments and liaise with operatives to ensure appointments slots are kept.
To be successful within role you will have knowledge and experience within a customer repairs role (Social Housing); experience in data analysis and using databases such as Capita and can diagnose responsive repairs. Customer focused is essential for this role.
