A very well-known charity based around Bridgend is currently looking to recruit Night Support Workers on an on-going, part/full-time basis. Relief and AD HOC allows for complete flexibility around your lifestyle, with days, nights and weekend work available! This is the perfect opportunity for people currently out of work, want to re-build confidence after shielding or those who may want to pick up extra shifts alongside other employment!

This supported housing scheme offers a frontline service, working with vulnerable clients with the aim of providing advice and support in a project setting to promote independence and learn essential life skills.

If you want to have the ability to build excellent rapport and relationships with a wide variety of people – this role is just for you!

You will benefit from a competitive hourly rate, a 24/7 on call service whilst working alongside likeminded individuals to make a difference in people’s lives!

To be successful in this role, you will need a positive attitude, experience working with people suffering with mental health, drug and alcohol misuse, domestic abuse, care leavers and homelessness or a similar supported housing setting. Ideally, you will have an up to date DBS (this can be arranged through BRC if needed)!
