Our housing client has an exciting opportunity for you to join their team as an Multi Trade Operative, where you’ll be based in Bristol.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• To carry out plumbing and carpentry repairs and installations to our properties, in an efficient and effective manner, ensuring that all works are planned, programmed and completed to the satisfaction of our customers.
• To include plumb in sink/wash hand basin/bath/WC, all tiling, lock changes, all carpentry and joinery, kitchen & bathroom fit, maintenance of sanitary ware, patch plastering and decoration works.

There’ll be a further requirement to cover an out of hours service on a rota basis
