Primarily you role will be to provide support to people in their own homes to maintain their individual health and wellbeing where their tenancy may be at risk. You will bring about change for clients identified at risk of losing their tenancies. Through trauma informed approaches you will develop and deliver initiatives to support tenants. You will work to ensure that any potential housing crisis’s are averted, through ensuring that benefits are in place, or that rent arrears, or tenancy issues are being positively managed.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be an ambitious, determined, and enthusiastic individual who can inspire and support vulnerable people to exceed their expectations.
