Are you a passionate, dedicated, and motivated Support Worker seeking their next rewarding and unique challenge?
If so, BRC are working in partnership with a national Charity to recruit for an organised Hub Administrator to overlook their well-established accommodation service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring the referral and assessment in boxes while keeping its tracker and systems up to date. They will manage sign ups to the ABS ensuring adequate joining packs are available to collect on site. They will also provide admin related support to the service lead by ensuring best practices at work, providing peer support, monitoring service utilities, and attending weekly service meetings. Additional roles will include taking stock levels of essential items within the service, to work alongside management with service-related health and safety issues and move out packages.
To be successful in this position, you will need to be proactive and organised as the service manager will look to you for any additional support. You will be empathetic to the service user’s needs while ensuring the service is run to the expected standard. You will have a good understanding of the work it takes to run a ABS, and the process service-users take to use its services. You will also need the confidence to manage your own workload and can work using your own initiative throughout.
