Housing Visiting Officer

Housing Visiting Officer – 3 month contract – immediate start

37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Based Honiton, hybrid working

£12 – £18.00 per hour, depending on experience

We are looking for an experience Social Housing professional to carry out Tenancy Visits to residents living in the East Devon region.

Duties will be to carry out tenancy audits to ensure all elements of the tenancy are being adhered to and to get feedback from the residents on any issues that may need addressing.

This role would suit someone with a background in housing management (Housing Assistant or Housing officer level), neighbourhood management or tenancy support in the Social Housing sector

This is initially a 3 month contract that could lead to further work
