Do you have a passion for supporting vulnerable groups to integrate with their local communities and develop knowledge about the support and services available to them? Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Support a caseload of homeless clients.
• Support service users to maximise and sustain their income, ensuring all eligible benefits are claimed.
• Support service users to maintain their property through compliance checks such as health & safety, and fire checks and when necessary, arrange maintenance repairs.
• Support to implement & update support plans and risk assessments.
• Develop key skills to maximise and maintain independence.
