Housing Officer

Housing Officer – 3 month contract – immediate start

37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Based Devon, hybrid working

£15 – 20 per hour, depending on experience

We are looking for an experience Social Housing professional to carry out Tenancy Visits to residents living in the Devon region.

Duties will be to carry out tenancy audits to ensure all elements of the tenancy are being adhered to and to get feedback from the residents on any issues that may need addressing. You will also be asked to carry out other housing and estates management duties to assist other team members

This role would suit someone with a background in housing management (Housing Assistant or Housing officer level), neighbourhood management or tenancy support in the Social Housing sector

This is initially a 3 month contract that could lead to further work
