A local housing association are looking for a Health and Safety Technician to join their Compliance team on a permanent basis.
In this role you will be involved in multiple projects of work on social housing properties. The main responsibilities include undertaking risk assessments, joint safety inspections; evaluate Repairs & Regeneration’s technical policies; consult with trade union work place Safety Representatives and support the Principal Designer on all allocated projects and lead on minor projects.
To be successful in this role you will hold a NEEBOSH qualification and have previous experience of working with CDM Duty Holders. Experience in social housing is desirable.
