Support Worker - Domestic Violence

LOCATION:               Bristol

SALARY:                   £10-10.50 PAYE

DURATION:               till March 2021

HOURS:                     18.75 hours pw / Mon – Fri – 8:30am – 5:30pm

Are you a proactive Support Worker with a good background in supporting clients who are fleeing domestic violence with mixed mental health conditions, at risk of homelessness or have experienced drug and alcohol dependences?  If so, a well - respected support provider in Bristol want to hear from you!

Working with a very experienced and approachable team this is great opportunity for someone with a background in supporting complex needs clients in both a supported living and outreach capacity.

Some day to day duties will include:

Deliver trauma informed, person-centred support to women and children who have complex needs who traditionally have difficulty accessing specific services.

Manage a caseload of customers who have complex needs and ensure a strength based, trauma informed approach that enables them to realise their potential.
