An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a leading Housing Provider in a role that enables the Residents to have a voice about their community and homes.

Your key tasks will be to implement, facilitate, develop and maintain initiatives that enable customers to provide their views on matters relating to their tenancies and community, participate in scrutiny activities and performance monitoring, and to exert influence on the decision-making processes.

You will have a strong background in Resident Participation and Community Development and able to work collaboratively with customers, partners, stakeholders and external organisations to deliver a customer focused service to ensure that customer’s expectations are met, ensure the customer experience is continually improved, and to add value to and empower the communities.
