We are seeking someone with a proven track record of the setting of accurate and recoverable service charges for a housing portfolio. Their portfolio includes supported housing, general needs, shared ownership and leasehold properties.
Key to this role will be using your extensive knowledge and experience of service charge setting and recovery to ensure best value for money for customers.
You will have specific responsibility for the setting and monitoring of service charges in line with best practice and the legal framework and be responsible for serving section 20 consultation (Commonhold and leasehold Reform Act 2002) notice.
