Temporary requirement for a Finance Assistant to assist the Finance Department of a leading Housing Association. 4-6 month contract c£13.00 per hour plus holiday pay.
Role would be a mix of home and office working and the client will agree a pattern of working with you as they are fairly flexible. Initially there will be an office requirement to support with training to do the role.
Key tasks you will be involved in are:
• New customer’s accounts set up in Open ( Main accounting systems)
• Raising invoices and credit notes.
• Run weekly report to update Northgate balances (Northgate is rent management system)
• To update & maintain Lilac records (Lilac is home insurance system)
You will be using a couple of systems, which are easy to pick up, however you will need to be IT literate and be able to pick up new tasks easily.
