Client Contact Coordinator / Triage Assessor
SALARY: £10.50 - £13.02ph
DURATION: 5 months +
HOURS: 37.5pw – Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (WFH Opportunities)
A leading drug and alcohol service in the Bristol, Bath and Somerset area is looking for an experienced Client Coordinator / Triage Assessor or support professional to process referrals and undertake holistic triage assessments over the phone.
This is a great opportunity to work with an innovative service that helps vulnerable clients turn their life around and access drug and alcohol treatment.
Working both independently and collaboratively, this client is looking for an organised and compassionate candidate who can signpost and provide urgent advice to people in need. There is the flexibility to split the working week from the office to home based and they offer a friendly approach to organising this weekly.
Some day-to-day duties will include:
- To take self-referrals from potential service user and carry out live assessments or allocate them to the relevant recovery hub for assessment.
- To provide advice and signposting to professionals, partner agencies, families, carers, and service users
- To clearly explain the assessment process to ensure the service user has clear expectation of the service, process, and relevant timescales.
- To carry out all administration and follow up relating to referrals and assessments where appropriate.
