Are you an experienced support professional looking for your next role in a management position?

If so, BRC have an exciting opportunity to join a leading Welsh young people’s charity overseeing unique and newly established support services. 

This position requires you to take individual responsibility for overseeing a transition and training scheme which enables young people to engage at an early stage in building independence and developing the life skills to live independently. This will support young people in their future choices around housing including moving into supported housing, private rented, social housing, or return to a foster placement.

You will also be responsible managing a team of 4 support workers, contributing to the development of project services, leading on the implementation of a plan of continual service improvement, while also motivating and inspiring team members in the delivery of excellent service.
