Are you a support professional with experience working with young people?

Do you have a passion for ending youth homelessness? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
Working as part of a high performing young people’s service across Western, you will work with a team of experienced Support Workers to ensure a holistic service is provided that promotes tenancy sustainment, prevents homelessness and improve people’s lives.

You will assess the needs of each case, in order to provide detailed and specific advice to individuals surrounding training & employment opportunities, housing options, and benefit & grant entitlement. Furthermore, you will provide support with completing relevant application form.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be an ambitious, determined and enthusiastic Support Worker who is motivated to inspire vulnerable people to exceed their expectations.

In return, you will be given the autonomy to work remotely in the community, whilst managing your own schedule and workload. You will also be entitled to a competitive hourly rate, weekly pay, business mileage and free onsite parking.
