My client - one of the largest housing associations in the UK, with homes across central and south west England, who have been named as a top 5 best place to work in the UK by Glassdoor; are looking for Electricians to work on homes in the Bristol area.

Reporting to the Electrical Manager, you will be responsible for completing responsive/reactive repairs and planned works: inclusive of testing and inspecting. Around 95% of the work will be domestic with the remainder being commercial works – taking place on communal areas.

To be successful within this role you will have the following certifications: City & Guilds/NVQ 2382, 2360, Pats ABC, 2391 or 2394/5 or equivalent. Have previous experience in domestic properties or social housing; be able to comply with all safety legislation; and have an awareness of electrical standards – especially those that relate to electrical safety and best practise.

Alongside a competitive salary, this position includes a company van, fuel card, work phone, uniform, PDA/Tablet, 27 days holiday + Bank Holidays, 6 months full sick pay, and a good pension scheme. A successful applicant will need to supply their own hand tools.
