Are you a support professional with experience working within a sheltered housing environment? Are you skilled in providing dedicated support to elderly individuals with the aim of promoting independence? If so, we are currently recruiting for a Scheme Manager in Oxford to join their community, providing accommodation and support services for the residents.
In this rewarding role, you will manage the service and be responsible for running day-to-day operations. Working within an accommodation service that provides supported housing for elderly people, you will be delivering housing and community related support services, helping clients to live independently. You will act as the scheme’s representative, working with both the residents and their family to ensure customer satisfaction.
You will also be responsible for residents’ safety in the scheme and will be required to ensure the security of the property and communal areas, conducting Health and Safety inspections, alarm checks and reporting maintenance repairs as necessary.
