BRC are working with a housing association based in the Newport area who are looking for a Development Manager. This is an exciting time to join this organisation as they are heavily investing in expanding their services, development targets and staff.
This role involves managing the development function ensuring the effective use of all resources to deliver 450 homes over the next 5 years, from inception to completion. You will also be responsible for leading on identifying and assessing land opportunities, land acquisition, land assembly etc ensuring due diligence is carried out at all stages to achieve planning consent and all other statutory consents.
