Working for one of the largest South West based Housing Associations, you will be covering a patch of 500-700 homeowner customers including shared ownership, leaseholders, retirement leaseholders and other homeowners.

You will be primary contact in relation to all aspects of block management and estate management.

Setting service charge budgets, arranging works, managing contractors and keeping residents informed of developments.

This is an opportunity to work reasonably autonomously, arranging your own workload according to needs with 2-3 days based in the office per week, the rest of the time spent managing the schemes.

This role would suit someone with a background of working in leasehold management, block or estate management with an understanding of leases and conveyances.

Working in modern purpose built offices close to local transport links, with plenty of amenities close by, this is an excellent opportunity to work for a well-respected Housing Association.
