We are looking for an experienced receptionist to be first point of contact to visitors to the organisation. You will possess excellent customer services skills, strong communication skills and the ability to work with people from varying backgrounds. You will be fielding telephone calls as well as greeting customers to the building, so you should have an excellent telephone manner allied with strong face to face customer skills.
This role is for 37 hours per week on a temporary contract initially for 3 months and will require an immediate start. On offer is a generous hourly rate of £11.23 per hour plus holiday pay.
Based in recently refurbished offices with a spacious reception area, you will be meeting and greeting all visitors to the building and informing staff of arriving visitors.
The offices are based in Crownhill with excellent public transport routes with a bus stop right outside. There are local cafes and shops for lunches and an excellent team atmosphere throughout the workforce.
