Are you a support professional with experience working within a sheltered housing environment?
If so, our client – a leading provider within social housing is currently recruiting for a scheme manager for a modern and vibrant retirement living scheme in Oxfordshire.
Overseeing the daily management, the scheme boasts a mix of 35 studios, one-bedroom flats and two-bedroom flats which are arranged in clusters and have even received a design award.
Help empower residents to continue living as independently as possible. You will visit residents in their homes, conducting welfare checks and engaging with tenants to ensure they feel supported. You will also organise activities for residents, in order to promote social interaction and encourage participation.
Oversee resident safety, ensuring the security of the property, conducting Health and Safety inspections, alarm checks and reporting maintenance repairs as necessary.
