Are you a Building Surveyor with a passion for Asset Management looking for your next career challenge?
You will be working for an award winning organisation managing the delivery of an innovative and effective asset management service. You will be delivering stock optimisation work across a diverse and geographically widespread residential portfolio, including stock appraisals and viabilities, disposals and transfers as well community enhancement plans.
You will have substantial experience of formulating and managing the delivery of stock condition survey programmes across a wide variety of residential property types with specification and cost estimating skills. You will have substantial experience of working with asset management databases and associated IT systems, and a proven track record of using property appraisal models and investment planning tools. A detailed knowledge of the Welsh Housing Quality Standard and a range of statutory property-related regulations is essential for this role.
This role requires the ability to develop and nurture a network of collaborative, productive and effective working relationships to ensure a ‘one team’ approach. The ability to review and understand key trends arising from asset management and other data to support sound investment decision-making, and to create predictive, innovative and preventative solutions and forward programmes of work is key.
