BRC are working with the a housing association based in Blaina who are looking for an experienced Project Contracts Manager for a new project
About the role:
Contract till 31st March 2020 (9 Months)
Part of the Asset team working on an Investment and Environmental project
One of two managers who will supervise the delivery of the investment programmes
To manage, organise and control the provision of consistent, high quality, value for money and customer focussed services to ensure Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality compliance is achieved and the Company's procedures and objectives are delivered.
Ensure that the property maintenance services and projects are delivered in line with approved policies and procedures, meeting standards for quality, time and cost.
Manage projects and ensure they are planned to a level of detail necessary for the team to deliver the scheme without delays and to budget.
Using the data from the life cycle costings database, plan and implement appropriate improvement and component replacement programmes.
Essential Qualifications are –
• Educated to level 4 National Qualification Framework for England, Wales and Northern Ireland
