An excellent role has arisen to join one of the largest housing associations across Wales to join their customer service team on a temporary basis. They are currently requiring an experience administrator to join them on an initial three month basis.
You will utilise your skills to support the team providing a high quality and efficient administration service. You will also be tasked with coordinating the data gathering with the goal of improving the customer database in line with policies and procedures. This will involve data cleansing and tenancy data updates. Your day to day will involve direct liaising with customers in order to arrange appointment so you will also need to keep all the CRM system up to date.
