An excellent opportunity has arisen to work with a housing association with a portfolio of approximately 30,000 properties. They are currently recruiting a scheme manager to oversee schemes in Southampton on a permanent basis for 20 hours a week so the stated salary will be pro rata for these hours.
You will be responsible for providing a full support service to ensure the health and well-being of the residents with the goal of promoting independence. You will use your housing experience within the sector to deliver support plans, complete tenancy sign-ups and inductions, and arrange any repairs with external contractors while completing all building health and safety checks and look to lead on resident engagement activities.
You will benefit from working to a set shift pattern with no weekend work or evenings, parking is available on site, 7% pension contributions, 26 days holiday + bank holidays and various voucher schemes for major retailers.
