BRC are working with one of Cardiff’s leading housing associations who are looking for a Asset Compliance Manager
BRC has a new opportunity for someone with experience of providing strategic leadership on Assets and Compliance. The purpose of this role is to lead the Asset Management programme in line with the organisational strategy and budgets. This role will involve up to 8 direct reports.
In this role you will be responsible for providing leadership on all compliance matters across the organisation, including quality assurance and directly managing landlord compliance work. You will also need to ensure the development of robust Asset and Compliance policies, and related processes and procedures.
For this role you it is essential that you have experience of working effectively in a collaborative environment, ideally in a social housing environment. It is also essential to have experience in policy and procedure writing, and knowledge of regulations and all statutory obligations in relation to property compliance and asset management.
This role is full time Monday to Friday (with the occasional meeting or event outside normal working hours) and offers excellent benefits inclusive and generous holiday allowance and pension scheme. A full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential for this role.
