Do you enjoy making a difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals? Could you support vulnerable women that are escaping abusive environments?
 
If so, we have an exciting and valuable opportunity working within the safehouses of a renowned Bristol-based Domestic Violence charity!
 
Working alongside likeminded professionals, help support females and their young children who have experienced and survived domestic abuse. Managing a varied caseload, clients may also have other support needs including substance abuse and low-level mental health needs.
 
Focusing on safety and recovery, help empower these women through creating a safe and secure environment for survivors and their children with a victim centred approach to rebuild their confidence.
 
Ensure that service users are provided with a safe, supportive and welcoming environment to supporting them to stabilise, gain independence skills, sustain their tenancies, and access appropriate move-on accommodation.
 
Assist in conducting thorough risk assessments, signposting service users, updating and implementing support plans whilst ensuring safeguarding and health and safety policies are upheld.
