Role: Customer Involvement and Community Engagement Facilitator
Duration: 12-month contract in the first instance and including car allowance
Job description and introduction
An exciting opportunity has opened within a housing association who are a charity and a social enterprise that puts all profits back into their communities. We’re currently looking for someone to help them to deliver strategic objectives for involving residents and developing communities.
You will have a practical experience of customer involvement in a way that helps customers shape and influence service in a tailored and meaningful way. You will have experience of working with communities to help deliver what is important to them and will feel at home facilitating focus groups as well as consulting and engaging customers through a range of digital platforms. You will also be involved with multi agency partnerships and working alongside residents to ensure positive outcomes and contribute to the development of a community.
Ideally you will have a background in Resident Participation / Tenant Participation and Community Development.
