Bristol Consultants Kayleigh Burton and Richard Cheasley recently volunteered to revamp the dining room of an Elderly Day Centre for one of BRC’s clients-Bristol Charities. BRC provided the paint and equipment for the revamp whilst Richard and Kayleigh volunteered their day to make the improvements.
Bristol Charities was created by an Act of Parliament in 1835 however its history stretches back over 700 years. Today, the organisation focuses on providing day services and housing for Bristol’s older people.
“Richard and I decided to volunteer our time for Bristol Charities, the organisation has been providing services to Bristol for hundreds of years, this was just small gesture to thank them for the excellent service that they provide.”
