A great opportunity for someone looking to enhance their knowledge and progress in the housing sector. The role will be challenging and varied. You will be helping and supporting the housing team. The role is primarily office based however you will have the opportunity to work alongside the Neighbourhood Officers to complete estate inspections. To assist with various duties including mutual exchanges, viewing/letting of properties and ensuring high quality customer service and housing management.
If you have experience within the housing sector and are a strong team player with an organised, flexible and supportive approach we would like to hear from you! You will also need to be experienced in using Microsoft Office packages including Excel. The role will include using systems such as Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) and Open housing. Being a car owner/driver is essential for this role.
