Description

My client based in Dorset are seeking a Development Administrator to join their team on a 12-month fixed term contract. The Development team are working tirelessly to build new homes for people in need and are looking for a Development Administrator to provide dedicated support.

Within this role you will undertake a range of complex administrative tasks to support the running of the team; check and process payments; prepare documents, reports, spreadsheets and presentations; coordinate the appointment of new contractors; deal with enquires from internal and external stakeholders and accurately prepare legal documents as well as ad hoc letters and mail merges.

You will be successful within this role if you are able to work well in a team to meet objectives; are computer literate with excellent keyboard skills and confident using Microsoft. In addition, you must be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, can prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and have a commitment to customer service.
