My Hampshire based client are seeking a Repairs Surveyor to join their Property Services team. This role involves advising managers on work required to properties within the district; pre plan, evaluate and implement schedules of work; prepare and present reports to the Responsive Maintenance Manager; be responsible for the achievement of performance standards and financial targets and ensure the works are carried out in accordance with the Health and Safety requirements.
To be successful in this role you must have 5 years minimum experience working in the Social housing Maintenance sector; knowledge of Health and Safety regulations; experience conducting Building surveys, Fire and Risk Assessments, Asbestos and Stock Condition surveys and liaised with leaseholders and private owners regarding works. HNC qualification in a building discipline is desirable.
