Job Title: Business Support Administrator

Duration: Temporary

Location: Axbridge

Job Summary:

An opportunity to work within a housing association as a business support administrator based in Axbridge with easy access to the A38. Currently a temporary position but could lead to other opportunities within the organisation.

You will be providing a frontline service to service users, supporting the facilitation of meetings, administration tasks and quality customer service. You will be providing information to tenants and residents in respect to their rent accounts, sign posting and liaising with other departments to provide an exceptional service.

About you:

We would like to hear from you if you have excellent customer service skills, enjoy being the first point of contact and liaising with colleagues, service users and other departments , able to carry out tasks in a timely manner including the use of IT.
