If so we have a Female Community Outreach and Resettlement Worker post running on a full time basis until March 2019 based in Bristol.
Established in 1999, the organisation provides a range of domestic abuse support services to women and children within Bristol and South Gloucestershire.
You will be providing outreach, resettlement and tenancy sustainment support enabling women in the community to safely maintain their current accommodation, access alternative housing, welfare benefits, legal advice and support services as well as carrying out risk assessments.
The successful applicant will have worked with clients that have experienced domestic abuse, managed caseloads and able to lone work. A full driving licence, access to a car and DBS check are essential.
