My client are a leading area housing provider who are commercially minded while being all about people. They offer good rewards, recognition and training to attract and keep the best people.

They are looking for someone with demonstrable organisational skills and experience managing projects in a construction or manufacturing environment to coordinate end to end processes within their Windows factory and encompassing other site workshops as needed.

In this role you will be responsible for resource allocation and delivering key business projects, with consideration of legal and environmental implications of all projects. Throughout each project you will identify risks and issues, recommend solutions and work to ensure they are logged and resolved. In this role you will contribute to the development and improvement of all operating processes.

You will use a structural approach to project coordination to produce plans, reports, KPIs and documents to demonstrate proposals, progress and results.
If you are immediately available for a fantastic temporary opportunity within a well-established and growing, independent housing association, please do not hesitate to get in touch with Kate Fegan on 01179239100 or email
