This is a full-time role based in Bournemouth which will be providing a crucial service for vulnerable individuals in which you will be providing the tools to support people into independence.
Utilising your skills within the supported housing sector you will be tasked with managing your own caseload, creating support plans and enabling service users to access education, training and employment, you will be carrying out regular drug tests, assisting with housing applications and benefit forms and facilitating group work within the project.
You will benefit from becoming part of a small but friendly team who will be fully supportive throughout your role and will also work sociable hours with no weekends or evening requirements.
