We are currently working on behalf of a social housing provider who is looking for experienced Housing Support Workers to join their team on a temporary basis for 2 months.
Having the flexibility to work on a rota basis over a 7 day period would be advantageous, but not essential although the availability to work both earlies and late shift is an essential requirement
Day shift: 8.30 am – 4.30pm
Evening Shift: 2.30pm – 10.30pm
Based within a large temporary accommodation unit, which helps homeless individuals and families achieve a better quality of life, as a Housing Support Worker, your contribution will be key to delivering successful outcomes
This is a busy role with a variety of duties including actively managing a caseload of customers, helping them unlock and fulfil their potential, as well as having overall responsibility for their tenancy/licence sign up process, establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with customers, partner organisations and internal colleagues and ensuring all paperwork is completed and all systems are updated in line with data protection.
